These Terms and Conditions apply to all our services in this booking engine made available online, through any mobile device, by email, or by telephone. Please read these conditions carefully before using this website. Accessing this website through any platform (hereafter collectively referred to as “website”) and by completing a booking reservation, you acknowledge and agree to have read, understood, and decided to the Terms and Conditions set out below.
These pages, the content, the infrastructure of these pages, and the online booking service provided on these pages and through the website are owned, operated and provided by Victory Chauffeur.
Online Booking Service
Through the platform, Victory Chauffeur website through which car rental and chauffeur services for reservation which customers to the site can book such reservations. By booking a service through VictoryChauffeur.co.uk, you enter into a direct (legally binding) contractual relationship with us. Upon reservation, you will be asked to provide the information needed to complete your booking, where you can add extras and additional protection. Once you have made your reservation, a booking confirmation supplied with your booking reference will be sent to your email address. Please print the booking confirmation and keep it for your records.
We only accept bookings twenty-four (24) hours advanced notice. We can take reservations for rental made up to twelve (12) months in advance.
Minimum Rental Period:
The minimum rental period is one (1) day or can be interpreted as a twenty-four (24) hour period. For rentals that are less done twenty-four (24) hours will be charged either hourly (in such locations where the hourly rental is available) or a full day’s rate.
Maximum Rental Duration:
The maximum rental duration is up to twelve (12) months.
PrePayment Terms and Condition
Prepayment happens when you pay for your online reservation in advance, at the time of your booking.
If you have paid for your booking in advance, the Victory Chauffeur Prepayment Confirmation is subject to the following terms and conditions. Prepayment rates are non-discountable and cannot be combined with other promotional offers. The Victory Chauffeur Prepayment Confirmation is not transferable to any third party. Only the prepaid holder can benefit from the prepaid rates. Rates on the prepayment confirmation exclude all applicable charges that are not mentioned and optional additional services for which the customer may be liable. The credit card used to book the prepayment must be presented at the Victory Chauffeur counter during the pickup to cover any anticipated charges not covered by the prepayment amount.
It is possible to amend your reservation without charge through the booking page you used for your reservation or by contacting our customer support via Victory Chauffeur’s email address. Changes to the reservation may affect the rental rates and may require a new contract (Prepayment Confirmation) to be issued.
By making a reservation to Victory Chauffeur, you accept and agree to the relevant cancellation and no-show policy of Victory Chauffeur.
- Cancellation is free if done 1 hour before the start time
- 50% of the original price will be paid if cancellation is made 12 hours before the start time
- Full price of the booking will be paid if cancellation is made after 24 hours before the start time
- If the passenger is not at the pick-up point within (60) minutes after the time booked at the pick-up station, and the assigned driver was not informed through the telephone number provided for contact, the passenger will have to pay the full amount of the booking.
- The assigned driver must be informed beforehand through the contact number provided in the booking if there will be a need to extend the time of the passenger’s arrival.
- The assigned driver can wait for the passenger for sixty (60) minutes after the agreed pick-up time. There will be no extra charges billed during the given waiting time.
- After (60) minutes, additional waiting time will be charged 2%, the passenger must also inform the assigned driver for any delays.
A refund request for a cancelled reservation must be made by contacting us through our email or by calling 07473634200. Refunds are credited back to your card within five (5) business days.
